Often graduate students encounter challenges or problems in their academic or personal life in which they need help or support. There are many resources at Texas A&M University to assist you. If you do not find what you need here, you can contact the Graduate Student Ombuds Officer at who can help direct you to the appropriate resources.

As a currently-registered Texas A&M graduate student, you have access to Student Health Services (SHS) even if you don't have health insurance. Read more online about eligibility to use SHS.

Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS)

Academic Blue: myStength

myStrength, the university's health and well-being program, supports Texas A&M students achieving their best—physically, mentally and emotionally. myStrength is an online tool that teaches you skills to feel happier, reduce stress, and confidently face life’s challenges, big or small. The tool includes tutorials, provider locator, virtual visits, a 24/7 Nurseline and more.
