Graduation Cancellation Form

Complete this form to cancel your application for graduation.
  • Be aware that university guidelines state that students who have completed all degree requirements will not be allowed to cancel their graduation.
  • After filling out all applicable information, the contact information for your committee chair must be submitted on the next page. TAMU emails must be used for all parties.
  • If it is after the last day in the semester for all students to drop courses with no penalty (i.e.,Q-drop), contact information for the Department Head or Intercollegiate Chair must be included as well.
