Degree Plan Change Request

Use these forms to request changes to a previously approved degree plan.

Waivers and Exceptions Long Form Petition

In extenuating circumstances, certain university requirements may be waived through a Waivers and Exceptions Long Form Petition.

Time Limits Extension Long Form Petition

Coursework, Preliminary Examinations, and Final Examinations can expire after a certain amount of time has passed. Students may use this form to request an extension to these time limits.

Request to Add Secondary Curriculum

This form should be completed when a student wishes to add a secondary Master’s Degree Program with the primary curriculum

Letter of Completion Request

Request a Letter of Completion Request to obtain proof that you have completed the requirements for a master’s or doctoral degree.

Letter of Intent

The Letter of Intent allows a program to admit a student who is completing another graduate degree at TAMU for up to one year after their graduation.
