As the chief American partner of the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings Foundation, Texas A&M supports travel for a select group of students and post-docs from American universities to the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings, held annually in mid-summer in Lindau, Germany. The Nobel Laureate Meetings provide a forum for intellectual exchange for scholars across generations, disciplines and cultures. Getting to meet, connect and be inspired by Nobel Prize winners and other young scientists from around the world is the opportunity of a lifetime. 

In addition, Texas A&M also hosts a preparatory workshop for young scholars selected to attend the Lindau Meeting. Over two days at the Texas A&M campus in College Station, these young scholars from across the U.S. have the chance to meet with Texas A&M faculty and administrators, as well as each other, to prepare to make the most of this transformational opportunity at Lindau.

75th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting

The 75th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting will be held June 28 – July 3, 2026, in Lindau, Germany, and will focus on interdisciplinary topics across the fields of Chemistry, Physics, and Physiology/Medicine and/or related disciplines. 

Participants will join approximately 40 Nobel Prize winners and more than 600 young scientists from across the globe to engage in a week-long conference centered around research and dialogue. Selected nominees will also be invited to participate in Texas A&M University’s Lindau Spring Meeting, to be held April 15 – 17, 2026, in College Station.
