Overview

The Master of Agriculture (M.Ag.) in Agricultural Development is a fully online, applied graduate program designed for professionals seeking leadership roles in education, cooperative extension, instructional design, and rural community development. This non-thesis degree emphasizes problem-solving skills and the practical application of science and technology to benefit society. Students complete 36 credit hours, including core courses in adult education, agricultural philosophy, and technological change, and may gain hands-on experience through a professional internship and a capstone paper.
