Overview

The Master of Science in Human Resource Development prepares students to design, lead, and evaluate learning and performance initiatives that drive organizational success. Grounded in research and real-world application, the program focuses on talent development, training design, organizational change, and workforce performance—and is available in both an in-person and fully online format.
