Overview

The Executive Master of Public Service & Administration (EMPSA) at Texas A&M University’s Bush School of Government & Public Service is a graduate program designed for mid‑career professionals who want to strengthen their leadership capacity and deepen their expertise in public service, nonprofit management, and public policy. Delivered in a flexible, executive‑friendly format, the program blends rigorous academic training with practical application, helping students develop advanced skills in strategic management, public finance, policy analysis, and organizational leadership.

Students choose from three tracks—Public Management, Public Policy Analysis, or Nonprofit Management—allowing them to tailor their studies to their professional goals while engaging with faculty who bring extensive experience from government, military, nonprofit, and international service contexts.
