The Executive Master of Public Service & Administration (EMPSA) at Texas A&M University’s Bush School of Government & Public Service is a graduate program designed for mid‑career professionals who want to strengthen their leadership capacity and deepen their expertise in public service, nonprofit management, and public policy.
