Please join us as we bring together the graduate communities from Prairie View A&M University and Texas A&M University for fun, food, and football! We’ll have breakfast tacos, yard games, mingling and raffles before kickoff. For those not heading into Kyle Field for the game, hangout with us to enjoy some snacks and watch on our TVs. Arrive early! First 200 guests will receive free swag! Must check-in by 9:45a.m. to be entered in the raffle for other prizes.

Registration is by invitation only. Those who register by Monday, November 15th at 12p.m. CT will be entered to win 2 tickets to the Prairie View A&M vs Texas A&M football game at Kyle Field. Winners will be notified by Tuesday, November 16th at 12p.m. CT.

Parking Information:

Campus Visitors:

For campus visitors, there are several options available for public pay parking (~ $20-$25 in CASH) at these locations (which are closest in proximity to the Academic Plaza (about 8-12 minute walk):
  • Lots 15, 54, 55, Central Campus Garage (CCG), Northside Garage (NSG)
Please note, these parking spaces could fill up quickly so other lots are available for $20 cash payment (listed in order of proximity): 47, 51, Polo Road Garage (PRG), and 50. The Bonfire shuttle will be available to transport visitors closer to the Academic Plaza.
Additional lots 110, 113, 111, 118, 106, 43, and Fan Field have access to the Bush Library shuttle to transport them the Memorial Student Center (MSC). These are also $20 cash payment. This would be a convenient option for our visitors form Prairie View A&M University. The Academic Plaza is a 6-min walk from the Memorial Student Center (MSC).
Note: All these on-campus parking lots are on a first-come, first-serve basis.


TAMU Affiliates:

For those who own any valid TAMU permit, you have free access to all the parking spaces above except Southside Parking Garage (SSG), Central Campus Garage (CCG) and Northside Garage (NSG).

Those who wish to park for free with their Texas A&M permits must have their permit barcode information on their smart phones or printed on paper and ready to present when they drive up to the cashier at the entrance of the event parking lot.

Customers can find their permit barcode and license plate information logging into
My Account. Scroll to the bottom of the home page to see the barcode information. Customers have two options to present the barcode and linked license plate information:

  • From their smart phone screen

  • Printed on paper before coming to the game

Off campus Shuttles:

Off campus shuttles are available around the city of College Station to take you on-campus. One of these shuttles, Bus 26-Rudder stops on Scarlett O’Hara Dr. (off Harvey Rd.). This is a 5-8 min walk from Post Oak Mall, which has free parking. For more information click here:
For those who would like to park in Bryan, The Downtown Bryan Game Day Shuttle runs from Regent Ave. between E 26th St. and E 27th St. to the Memorial Student Center (MSC). There is both free and affordable parking available around Bryan; download your map here:



ALL buses are available 3 hours before the game (8am) and an hour after the game.
