Program Quick Facts
The Master of Science in Construction Management is designed primarily for those with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction science, or business who want to break into construction management and for working professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries who want to pursue an advanced degree while continuing to work in the field. Our innovative, industry-targeted approach will teach you to leverage critical thinking, processes, and construction technology, and will prepare you for leadership roles within the construction industry, including the commercial, industrial, civil, and residential construction sectors.

The MSCM degree is offered in person and online.

In-Person

The in-person MSCM program takes two years to complete and offers both thesis and non-thesis options. The thesis option is a 32 credit-hour program requiring research in the construction field. After working with faculty to identify a research project, your work in the program will culminate in the production and defense of a thesis.

Work with faculty with extensive real-world experience and join the Aggie network by studying in one of only five construction management master's program accredited by the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE) in the U.S.
