What contract codes are available in TWAPMTS?

Business administrators will be able to use the same contract codes for tuition and fees regardless of the employee’s home college. Student Business Services is adding additional contract codes to separate university and college required fees.

i. Contracts – Existing

  • a. 100% Tuition at 9-6-3 SCH (Contracts 1, 2, and 3)
  • b. 50% Tuition at 9-6-3 SCH (Contracts 4, 5, and 6)
  • c. 100% Resident Tuition at 9-6-3 SCH (Contracts 53, 54, and 55)
  • d. 50% Resident Tuition at 9-6-3 SCH (Contracts 56, 57, and 58)
  • e. 100% Tuition Only (Contract 7)
  • f. 50% Tuition Only (Contract 8)
  • g. 100% All Tuition and Fees (Contract 10)
  • h. 50% All Tuition and Fees (Contract 11)
  • i. 100% Fees Only (Contract 13)
  • j. 50% Fees only (Contract 14)

ii. Contracts - Additional contracts being created July 2020

  • a. 100% Tuition, University fees, and College fees
