I want to nominate a member to Graduate Committee Faculty who is not employed by Texas A&M University, what do I need to do?

To nominate a member to the Graduate Committee Faculty who is not employed by Texas A&M University, your academic unit will need to request a UIN and NetID for the prospective nominee. To request a UIN, please complete the NetID Request Form and submit it to Identity Management. You will also need to make sure this member claims a NetID on Aggie Account Gateway. Once they claim a NetID, they will be given a TAMU email address which must be published to the TAMU Directory in order for a Graduate Committee Faculty nomination to be submitted and – if approved – to appear in the Document Processing Submission System.

If you have any questions, please contact Identity Management at Identity@tamu.edu or IT Help Desk Central.
