Texas A&M is proud to offer an Aerospace Engineering program that ranks among the top in the U.S. Our  program provides unique cutting-edge educational and research opportunities in areas including space exploration, national defense, air transportation, communications and sustainable energy.

Overview

The Master of Engineering (MEngr) program is non-thesis Aerospace Engineering program option. Coursework is taken in aerospace (AERO) or mechanics and materials (MEMA); however, up to three courses (maximum 10 credit hours) may be taken from external departments (subject to approval by department). The Graduate Director, or a faculty member appointed to the role, serves as the sole member of the student's committee.

Eligibility and Enrollment

Students admitted to this program must have a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or an equivalent field; if the degree is not in a closely related engineering field, leveling courses may be required. Graduates of the Aerospace Engineering program will be well prepared to enter higher education, private or public industry, and much more.
