University Health Services' Mental Health Workshops


Each semester, University Health Services offers graduate and professional students workshops focused on mental health. Workshop topics include self-compassion, stress management, navigating difficult conversations, and overcoming perfectionism. The workshops will meet via Zoom.


Students can self-enroll via the registration links provided for each workshop on the website.


Fall 2025 Workshops


Date: Tuesday, Sept. 30
Time: 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Topic: Stress Management
 

This workshop will enhance students’ understanding of stress and its impact, and help students develop immediate and long-term stress management skills.

Topic: Overcoming Perfectionism

This workshop is for students who struggle with perfectionism. The workshop will enhance students’ understanding of the components of perfectionism and how to identify what it means to be a "perfectionist." This workshop will review two techniques designed to help students move from a "fixed" to a "growth" mindset.
