Who is responsible for paying resident tuition and required fees if a Ph.D. student is hired in a GAT/GAR/GAL title for a non-academic unit?

If a non-academic unit hires a PhD GAT/GAR/GAL in fall 2020 and forward, that unit would be responsible for payment of the GA’s resident tuition, required university fees, and required college fees at the GA’s home college rate.
