Thesis, Dissertation, and Record of Study - Copyright and Availability Form


Overview

  • This milestone, which is completed in ARCS, is a part of the Thesis, Dissertation, or Record of Study submission process. 
  • (Doctoral students only) The SED and AAUDE surveys must be completed before the Copyright and Availability form is active.
  • If you have scheduled your final exam (have an approved final exam request), you will be able to submit the Copyright and Availability form prior to taking the final exam.


Instructions

  • Read through the “TAMU Copyright Agreement,” “Acknowledgement of Content Statement," and “Student Availability and Copyright Agreement” sections and check the accompanied boxes.
  • Select the applicable availability option for the manuscript.
    • If you need help with the availability options, select “How to choose an availability option”
  • You will be able to track the approval status of your form in the “Copyright Approval Status” section of ARCS.
