Fellowship Deferment Request

Students who wish to defer their fellowship should submit the Fellowship Deferment Request form preferably six weeks before the start of the semester in which they wish their deferment to begin. To reinstate their fellowship, the student must submit a Fellowship Reinstatement Request form.

Once the student submits the Request for Fellowship Deferment form, it will route to the department and the Graduate and Professional School for approval. The student will be notified once the request has been approved.
