Letter of Completion Request

Request a Letter of Completion Request to obtain proof that you have completed the requirements for a master’s or doctoral degree. This letter cannot be requested until all coursework and non-coursework requirements have been completed (including, if applicable, thesis/dissertation clearance, final grades, and any financial obligations to the university).

Directions

  • The Letter of Completion, which states that requirements for the degree have been fulfilled, can only be provided once all degree requirements have been met.
  • Degree conferral occurs only at the end of each fall, spring, and summer semester.
  • Fill out the below form with the requested information. Please select at least one method of delivery for the Letter of Completion.
