Letter of Completion Request

Request a Letter of Completion Request to obtain proof that you have completed the requirements for a master’s or doctoral degree. This letter cannot be requested until all coursework and non-coursework requirements have been completed (including, if applicable, thesis/dissertation clearance, final grades, and any financial obligations to the university).

Directions

  • The Letter of Completion, which states that requirements for the degree have been fulfilled, can only be provided once all degree requirements have been met.
  • Degree conferral occurs only at the end of each fall, spring, and summer semester.
  • Fill out the below form with the requested information. Please select at least one method of delivery for the Letter of Completion.

Poellmann’s “Mapping the Hidden Threat to Man’s Best Friend: Heterobilharzia americana in the Southwest,” bested nine other finalists and a record pool of 85 preliminary competitors to earn both the overall title and tops in the doctoral division.
