What is the tuition and fees coverage mandate and who is eligible?

The mandate requires payment of resident tuition and required university and college fees for Ph.D. students employed in GAT, GAR, and GAL titles. This applies for all Texas A&M University and Texas A&M University at Galveston Ph.D. students sourced from any account or award of Texas A&M University or Texas A&M Agency. Payment of tuition and required fees for Ph.D. GANTs is optional and to be determined by the employer.
