What is the length of eligibility for the tuition and fees mandate?

The mandate applies to Ph.D. students admitted without an approved master’s degree and with initial Ph.D. enrollment between Fall 2016 – Summer 2020 at least through their 5th year of study. Ph.D. students admitted with an approved master’s degree and with initial Ph.D. enrollment between Fall 2017 – Summer 2020 are eligible at least through their 4th year of study.
