Where Do You Yoga

As a 0 background beginner, I@ve been practicing yoga for a year now. Whether it@s during the day or at night, this exercise helped me to relax my muscles and restore my energy. For me, a 45-minute to 1-hour yoga class is an appropriate amount of exercise. I@ve found several places on or around campus that have free or low cost yoga class available to students. REACH Family Health Fair: Waving Healthy Living

On September 28, students from all over the Texas A@M Campus came together to the Leach Teaching Gardens (The Gardens at Texas A@M University), provided a holistic health fair which was free for anyone who works on the Texas A@M Campus as well as their families, friends, and neighbors. This family health fair was hosted by the REACH Project, in partnership with the Brazos County Health District, REACH Health Initiative, American Alliance Health Services, Brazos Valley Food Bank and Ronin Farm @ Restaurant. STUDENT ASSISTANCE SERVICES (SAS)

Student Assistance Services (SAS) connects Texas A&M students with the appropriate guidance, resources and support to address a variety of personal and academic matters. Some common issues for which SAS provides support are referrals and resource connections, concerning- behavior follow-up, welfare checks, student absence notifications, Silver Taps and student death, transition issues and more.
